He currently serves as the Founder and CEO of Catapult, which delivers the world’s best thought leaders, through hybrid-flexible masterclasses, that truly inform, motivate, and transform our institutions forward faster. Energetic, passionate, & principled, he believes in the power of education to transform lives.

Dr. Fleming has produced multiple, viral animation videos including Success in the New Economy, and he has written four books including the educational bestseller,(Re)Defining the Goal. He has elevated Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs nationally through inspirational professional development, and he has secured and managed over $85 Million in grants to advance economic & educational opportunity.

Dr. Fleming’s message encourages every education leader and stakeholder to support America’s talented learners to make informed career decisions through the development of the 4 skills necessary for true success: academic skills, life skills, employability skills, and technical skills. Darrell “Coach D” Andrews

Darrell “Coach D” Andrews is an internationally recognized education/workforce development consultant, strategist, motivator, and author. His books, Believing The HYPE-Seven Keys to Motivating Students of Color, The Purpose Living Teen-A Teen’s Guide to Living Your Dreams, and The Parent as Coach-Developing A Family Dream Team, have transformed thousands of students, teachers, administrators, and parents. His story, 5 Garbage Bags and a Dream, is one of the top stories in the national bestseller Chicken Soup for The African American Soul.

He has written two new books: “The Self-Care Movement” and “Post-Pandemic Leadership.” The Self-Care Movement has been completed, and Post-Pandemic Leadership.

Coach D has been invited to be a keynote speaker at conferences such as the National PTA, ASCD, SHRM, The National Association of Secondary School Principals, NCCEP-GEAR-UP, and The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals. He and his team of experts conduct motivational live and virtual programs at thousands of schools, school districts, and workforce development organizations throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.

He developed the H.Y.P.E. (Helping Youth Pursue Excellence) Program. HYPE is one of the top-rated contracted youth programs nationally under the WIA (Workforce Investment Act) Grant in dropout prevention, soft-skills development, career development, and academic excellence.
